The London beauty of Zimbabwean heritage is a lover of all performing arts, which might explain why this former burlesque dancer knows how to deliver a thorough performance. Alongside her just-as-great band mates, guitarist Dan Smith and drummer Jamie Morrison, Noisettes are currently hitting venues to promote their latest album, Wild Young Hearts. While their second single, “Don’t Upset the Rhythm” has been gaining popularity in the U.S., it’s the first singe off Wild Young Hearts, entitled “Never Forget You” that has propelled them to center stage this year. They have been given the nod from many publications such as Spin and Entertainment Weekly, all echoing the sentiments that Noisettes are on to something great and infectious in the music arena. Rhythm Junkie approved;-) Treat yourself to the Noisettes experience with these videos and live performance for “Never Forget You” and “Don’t Upset The Rhythm.” November 2, 2009

Hi Ladies - Thank you so much for the info! We checked into it and Shingai Shoniwa's mother is from Zimbabwe. You're absolutely correct. Many thanks, and have a fabulous day. Yardley Messeroux
